Igor began his investment banking career in 1997, straight from university. Due to his unbridled energy and business instinct, he succeeded in placing Prospect Investments among the leading brokerage companies during his first three years.

During 2000 to 2002 was the Managing Director of Foyil Securities New Europe, which under him became a leader among Ukrainian brokers.  In February 2002, Igor Mazepa joined MFK Investment Bank as Managing Director. In his constant search for new challenges he soon decided to strike out on his own.

In September 2004 Igor Mazepa jointly founded Concorde Capital with his closest partners; the final realization of years of team building.

A graduate of the Kyiv National Economic University, he received his M.A. degree in international business and Bachelor in law. He is fluent in English and speaks Spanish.

A CFA charteholder, Konstantin started his career at the stockbroker firm A+ where he ran the analytical department. From 1998-2000 he was the Managing Director of the Swiss-Ukrainian broker Euro Invest Vision.

Beginning in 2001, he worked with Lehman Brothers in Frankfurt in their M&A department. Before joining Concorde Capital, Konstantin headed the analytical department at MFK Investment Bank in Kyiv.

He has an M.A. in International Relations from Shevchenko National University and a Diploma in Radio Physics from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He speaks English and German.

Vitaly started his career in 1997, as an auditor for Arthur Andersen . He then worked in Foyil Asset Management. From 2001-2003 Vitaly was the Chairman of the Agency on bankruptcy in the Economic Ministry.

 In 2003 he established with a Russian investment banking boutique, TT Group, a joint office in and headed it until July 2005.

Vitaly joined Concorde Capital in August of 2005 to develop the company`s Investment Banking practice.

Vitaly graduated with an M.A. from Shevchenko National University` s Institute of International Relations . He is fluent in English and speaks German. He has been a CFA Institute member since 2000.

At the end of 2004, Eduard teamed up with Igor Mazepa to help create Concorde Capital. Eduard is in charge of managing all of Concorde’s regional branch offices and is the company’s point man for financial activity in Ukraine’s regions.

Eduard graduated from Kyiv’s National Economic University and received his Doctorate in economics at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (Academy of sciences of Ukraine). Eduard speaks English fluently.
